NextCell Selected for EU-Japan Biotech Mission, Expands Hong Kong Presence
Swedish company NextCell Pharma AB has been selected as the sole Swedish participant for the EU-Japan Biotech Business Mission. The company is also strengthening its Hong Kong presence by establishing an office and joining HSITP.
NextCell Pharma AB has been selected as the only Swedish company to participate in the EU-Japan Biotech Business Mission 2026. This inclusion highlights the company's international growth ambitions within the biotechnology sector.
Concurrently, NextCell is enhancing its local foothold in Hong Kong by establishing an office and becoming a member of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park (HSITP), effective September 1. The company will also serve as a Founding Partner in the Nordic Future Health Pavilion at BIOHK 2026, scheduled for September 9–12.
The EU-Japan Biotech Business Mission is designed to foster business development and establish partnerships between European and Japanese biotechnology firms. Selection for this mission signifies NextCell's potential and strategic alignment with international collaboration opportunities.
Membership in HSITP and participation in BIOHK 2026 are expected to support NextCell's strategy for expanding its global network and advancing its product development initiatives within the Asian market.
