Nexxus Capital finalizes acquisition of two e-commerce brands
Nexxus Capital has completed the acquisition of two consumer brands from an e-commerce aggregator, following a $14.4 million revenue performance over the prior year.

Clearwater-based Nexxus Capital has finalized a multi-stage acquisition process for two e-commerce brand assets. The deal, which began in April 2026, involves the transfer of assets from a major Amazon aggregator into the Nexxus portfolio.
The acquired brands recorded $14.4 million in revenue during the 12 months preceding the acquisition. Nexxus intends to apply its operational frameworks to manage these brands, focusing on maintaining gross margins and operational efficiency within the competitive e-commerce sector.
Nexxus Capital has been active in the e-commerce space since 2015, utilizing proprietary marketing processes to scale brands on third-party marketplaces. This latest transaction represents a continued effort by the company to acquire established market assets.
