Nidhogg Resources Holding AB has announced its support for an appeal concerning the rejection of its Vintjärn and Kölen no. 6 exploration permits in Falun Municipality. The Administrative Court of Appeal in Sundsvall had previously denied the extension of these permits, a decision Nidhogg previously announced on September 23, 2026.

The appeal has been lodged with the Supreme Administrative Court by Big Rock Mineral AB, in consultation with Nidhogg Resources. The validity of the exploration permits remains in effect while the case is under review by the court. The permits relate to mineral exploration activities.

Niclas Biörnstad, CEO of Nidhogg Resources Holding AB, is available for further information regarding this matter.
