Nightwing Awards Scholarship to UC Berkeley Student
Nightwing and AFCEA International have awarded a scholarship to University of California, Berkeley student Ailsa Sun for studies advancing national security.

Nightwing, based in Dulles, Virginia, has partnered with AFCEA International to award a scholarship to Ailsa Sun, a student at the University of California, Berkeley. The scholarship is intended to support students pursuing studies that advance national security.
The AFCEA Educational Foundation collaborates with Nightwing to recognize outstanding students. Sun's academic achievements and commitment to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields align with AFCEA's mission. The scholarship aims to support and develop the next generation of professionals in cyber, intelligence, and national security.
Nightwing established the scholarship to bridge academic excellence with mission impact in areas such as cybersecurity, space systems, and defense technology. "We are honored to support Ailsa's academic and professional journey," said Tim Zentz, Vice President, CODEX (Cyber Offense and Defense Experts) at Nightwing. "Our partnership with AFCEA reflects our belief that investing in students today is essential to strengthening the future national security workforce."
Sun is studying computer science at UC Berkeley. "This scholarship will be instrumental in supporting my goal of becoming a computer engineer and pursuing my passions in systems security and hardware design," Sun stated. Nightwing provides cybersecurity, data operations, and systems integration services to government agencies and businesses.
