NIIT Learning Systems Reports 25% Revenue Growth in First Quarter
NIIT Learning Systems announced its first-quarter results with a 25% year-over-year revenue increase, reaching Rs. 565.1 crore. The company is expanding its client base and investing in AI capabilities.

NIIT Learning Systems Limited reported its financial results for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2026-2027, ending June 30, 2026. The company achieved a consolidated net revenue of Rs. 565.1 crore, marking a 25% increase compared to the same period last year. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) rose by 9% year-over-year to Rs. 103.2 crore.
The company added three new long-term annuity clients during the quarter, bringing its total to 113. This growth in its client base contributed to a revenue visibility of USD 462 million, up 19% year-over-year. AI-enabled learning services accounted for 13% of the company's revenue, reflecting its strategic investments in artificial intelligence.
NIIT Learning Systems launched an AI-ready suite of learning and development products and services designed to help organizations adapt their learning functions for an AI-integrated future. This includes solutions for establishing an AI Future Learning Operating Model and developing an AI-Native Learning Architecture.
CEO and Executive Director Sapnesh Lalla stated that the company's investments in AI are enabling the delivery of reliable business outcomes for clients at an unprecedented scale and pace. NIIT Learning Systems also received industry recognition, being acknowledged as a Strategic Leader in AI in digital learning by Fosway and receiving multiple other accolades.
