Niklas Lindholm Departs Paulig as HR Director for Fiskars

Niklas Lindholm has announced his departure from the role of HR Director at Paulig Group, a position he held for close to a decade. He is moving to Fiskars Group to assume the responsibilities of Chief Human Resources Officer.

During his tenure at Paulig, Lindholm focused on developing a unified, value-based company culture and strengthening leadership within the group. His time also coincided with the group's evolution into a more stable and profitable business.

"Niklas has been one of the key figures in establishing the conditions for Paulig's culture to grow and develop into what it is today. He elevated culture to one of our strategic themes, alongside growth and productivity," stated Tina Andersson, acting CEO of Paulig Group. She characterized Lindholm as a highly valued colleague for his constructive approach, combining strategic thinking with a proactive mindset.

Lindholm's final day at Paulig will be July 15, 2018. The company will commence the recruitment process for his successor shortly.
