Nimlas acquires Norwegian plumbing firm Erling Olsen AS
Nimlas has agreed to acquire Erling Olsen AS in Tvedestrand, Norway, marking its first dedicated plumbing business in the country. The move follows Nimlas' previous acquisitions aimed at strengthening its presence in the plumbing and HVAC sector.
Nimlas has entered into an agreement to acquire Erling Olsen AS, a plumbing company based in Tvedestrand, Norway. This acquisition represents Nimlas' first pure-play plumbing business in Norway, expanding its footprint in the Nordic region.
The deal is part of Nimlas' broader strategy to build strength in plumbing and other technical services. This initiative was initially launched with the acquisitions of Teca and Tekniskbureau in 2025, aimed at consolidating its position in the sector.

The acquisition of Erling Olsen shows that we are following our strategy and continuing to invest in plumbing as an important growth area in Norway," stated Terje Myhre, CEO of Nimlas.
Industry observers note that this expansion aligns with Nimlas' stated goal of becoming a significant player in the Norwegian technical services market. The acquisition is expected to enhance Nimlas' service capabilities and market reach within Norway.
