Nine Minds Launches AlgaPSA Appliance, a Self-Hosted PSA Solution

Nine Minds has released the AlgaPSA appliance, a self-hosted edition of its professional services automation (PSA) software. The solution allows customers to install the software on their own hardware directly from a single ISO file, eliminating the need for complex implementation projects.

The AlgaPSA appliance enables clients to boot the software on their owned hardware, providing an alternative to cloud-based solutions. This approach grants businesses greater control over their data and infrastructure. The company announced the release in a press statement on August 11, 2026.

According to Nine Minds, the AlgaPSA appliance simplifies deployment. Users can upgrade the software from the Essentials to the Pro version directly within the application. This is intended to reduce IT administration workload and speed up the adoption of new functionalities.
