Ninja Enters Microwave Market With Hybrid Air Fryer Model
Ninja has released the Crispi, a dual-purpose appliance that combines microwave technology with an integrated air fryer.

Ninja has launched its first microwave, the Ninja Crispi, priced at $449.99. The appliance integrates a 1,000W microwave with a 1,700W air frying system, intended to replace two separate kitchen devices and reduce the footprint on kitchen counters.
The device utilizes proprietary technology branded as FusionCrisp, designed to mimic the texture results of traditional air frying while maintaining the speed of a microwave. This aims to address the common issue of food losing its texture or becoming soggy during standard microwave reheating.
While microwave-air fryer hybrid units already exist from competitors such as Smeg, Ninja’s entry into this category is positioned as a space-saving solution for users who rely on high-speed cooking. The product highlights a growing industry trend toward multi-functional kitchen hardware that consolidates common cooking tasks into single units.
