Nintendo Switch Online Adds Three Game Boy Advance Titles

Nintendo has expanded the Game Boy Advance (GBA) game library for its Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack service with three new titles. Players can now access Metal Slug Advance, Monster Farm Advance, and Kururin Paradise.

These additions increase the selection of GBA games available on the Nintendo Switch. Access to these classic titles requires a subscription to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack tier, which also includes libraries for Nintendo 64 and Sega Mega Drive.

Metal Slug Advance, originally released in 2004, is an action shooter for the GBA. Monster Farm Advance, developed by Tecmo, focuses on monster cultivation and battling, first launching in Japan in 2001.

Kururin Paradise, a sequel to Kuru Kuru Kururin, tasks players with navigating a rotating stick through mazes. Notably, this title had not been officially released outside Japan prior to this addition. GBA games were first added to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack service in February 2023.
