Nittobo Joins High Density Packaging User Group
Nittobo, a manufacturer specializing in high-performance glass fiber, has joined the HDP industry consortium to collaborate on packaging technology.

High Density Packaging User Group (HDP) has added Nittobo to its membership roster. The organization, which facilitates industry-wide collaboration on packaging and assembly challenges, aims to integrate the expertise of the glass fiber specialist into its ongoing technical research initiatives.
Nittobo’s participation focuses on addressing the material requirements for next-generation electronic packaging. As components continue to shrink in size and increase in power density, the collaboration targets the development of materials capable of maintaining structural and thermal integrity under rigorous operating conditions.
The HDP consortium acts as a platform for material suppliers, original equipment manufacturers, and assembly providers to align on industry standards. By joining, Nittobo gains access to shared testing and research, which will support its product development efforts for the semiconductor and electronics sectors.
