Niutech Completes Restructuring to Expand Chemical Recycling of Tires and Plastics
Niutech Technology Group has finalized a group restructuring, expanding its business scope to include resource recycling technology R&D, machinery manufacturing, and new materials development.
Jinan, China – Niutech Technology Group Co., Ltd. completed a significant group restructuring on August 26, 2026. The company's registered business scope has been broadened to encompass research and development in resource recycling technology, specialized equipment manufacturing, and new materials development.
With nearly 40 years of experience in industrial continuous pyrolysis, Niutech converts waste tires and plastics into recycled resources like pyrolysis oil and combustible gas. The company has delivered projects in dozens of countries, including Germany, the UK, South Korea, Denmark, and Brazil, meeting the environmental and technical standards of developed markets.
The new generation of intelligent continuous pyrolysis production lines can process over 100 tonnes of material per day per unit, offering substantial gains in capacity, efficiency, and cost control. The quality of recovered carbon black has significantly improved, making it suitable as feedstock for tire manufacturing. For plastic waste, the lines require no complex pre-treatment, allowing direct processing into pyrolysis oil, which can be refined into feedstock for new plastics.
Regulatory drivers, such as the EU's PPWR and ESPR, are increasing requirements for recycled material content and pushing the industry towards continuous pyrolysis. Niutech is also accelerating efforts to extend the clean tire pyrolysis oil chain and advance pathways toward sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production.
