Nivika Fastigheter Acquires Properties in Jönköping and Halmstad
Real estate company Nivika Fastigheter AB has acquired properties in Jönköping and Halmstad through three separate transactions. The total value of the acquisitions amounts to SEK 66 million.
Nivika Fastigheter AB has completed the acquisition of several properties in Jönköping and Halmstad, Sweden. The transactions involved three separate deals, securing assets located at Flahult 21:15 and 21:35 in Jönköping, and Filaren 23 and 24 in Halmstad.
The acquired properties collectively offer approximately 7,500 square meters of leasable space and are projected to generate annual rental income of SEK 5.6 million. The total agreed property value for these acquisitions stands at SEK 66 million.
All the newly acquired properties are fully let and comprise warehouse and light industrial spaces. These acquisitions align with Nivika's strategy of expanding its portfolio with fully occupied logistics and industrial properties.
