Nivika Fastigheter Acquires Two Properties in Varberg
Nivika Fastigheter AB has acquired two properties, Glöden 6 and Glöden 8, in Varberg for approximately SEK 32 million. The acquisition includes a new 10-year triple net lease agreement.

Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) has acquired two properties, Glöden 6 and Glöden 8, in Varberg for a combined property value of approximately SEK 32 million before tax deductions. The transaction, which closed in early July, strengthens Nivika's presence in the region.
The acquired properties comprise just under 1,800 square meters of leasable area. They generate a total annual rental income exceeding SEK 3 million. A new 10-year triple net lease agreement has been signed in connection with the acquisition, transferring operational responsibilities to the tenant.
The acquisition was financed through a combination of equity and bank financing. Nivika Fastigheter is a Swedish real estate company focused on commercial and residential properties.
