NNS Acquires Additional Stake in OCI
NNS Holding (Cyprus) Limited announced the purchase of 403,642 shares in OCI Global, increasing its direct ownership to approximately 54.94 percent.

NNS Holding (Cyprus) Limited, the entity making a public takeover bid for OCI Global N.V., has acquired additional shares in the company. On July 10, 2026, NNS announced it purchased 403,642 OCI shares at an average price of 4.0790 euros per share. The highest price paid on that date was 4.0800 euros.
Following these transactions, NNS's direct ownership in OCI has risen to approximately 54.94 percent of the issued share capital. Combined with shares held by Nassef Sawiris, who is considered a co-bidder under Dutch takeover regulations, their total stake reaches about 55.13 percent.
The acquisition comes as NNS is proceeding with its voluntary public takeover offer for all outstanding shares of OCI Global, offering 4.10 euros per share. NNS has stated its intention to provide liquidity for selling shareholders without disrupting the market or exceeding the offer price.
NNS has also noted that it and its affiliated entities may continue to acquire shares of OCI from time to time, irrespective of the offer. Any such purchases, if requiring public disclosure under Dutch regulations, will be announced via press release.
