NNS Holding (Cyprus) Limited reported on July 10, 2026, that it had purchased 403,642 shares in OCI Global N.V. This acquisition occurred as part of NNS's ongoing voluntary public takeover bid for all of OCI Global's ordinary shares.
The transactions were executed without disrupting the OCI share market and at prices not exceeding the offer price of €4.10 per share. The average purchase price for the acquired shares was €4.0790, with the highest price reaching €4.0800 on July 10, 2026.
Following the settlement of these transactions, NNS Holding reported a total holding of 116,129,970 OCI Global shares, equating to approximately 54.94% of OCI's issued share capital. Combined with holdings attributed to Nassef Sawiris, NNS's effective control stands at about 55.13% of the issued share capital.
NNS stated its willingness to provide liquidity for OCI shareholders wishing to sell. The company also indicated that it and its affiliates may, subject to applicable law, acquire OCI shares outside of the formal offer process in the future.
