NNS announced on July 9, 2026, that it bought 9,357,547 OCI Global shares on July 8. The transactions were executed at an average price of EUR 4.0827 per share, with the highest price paid reaching EUR 4.088.
Following these acquisitions, NNS's holding in OCI Global now stands at approximately 54.69 percent, totaling 115,591,906 shares. The company stated its readiness to provide liquidity to OCI shareholders wishing to sell, without disrupting the market or exceeding the offer price of EUR 4.10.
NNS, part of the privately-owned NNS Group founded in 2008 by Nassef Sawiris, is OCI's largest shareholder. The company manages diversified multi-asset investments across public and private equity, credit, and real estate.
