Limassol, Cyprus – July 15, 2026 – NNS announced today that it has purchased 628,024 shares in OCI, a global producer and distributor of nitrogen and methanol products. The average price paid for these shares was EUR 4.0750 per share, with the highest price paid being EUR 4.08.
This acquisition represents approximately 0.30% of OCI's issued share capital. Following these transactions, NNS and associated parties hold a total of 117,147,724 OCI shares, representing approximately 55.43% of the company's outstanding equity. NNS is OCI's largest shareholder.
NNS, part of the privately-owned NNS Group founded by Nassef Sawiris in 2008, manages diversified family assets. The group invests in a multi-asset platform including publicly traded and private equity stocks, bonds, and real estate.
