NNS Holding acquires OCI Global shares at 4.08 EUR

NNS Holding (Cyprus) Limited announced on July 9, 2026, that it acquired 134,422 shares of OCI Global N.V. as part of its ongoing public offer for the company. The purchases were made at an average price of 4.0812 EUR per share.

The company stated its willingness to provide liquidity to OCI shareholders wishing to sell their holdings, without disrupting the market for OCI shares, and at a price not exceeding the offer price of 4.10 EUR. The highest price paid on this date was 4.086 EUR per share.

These transactions represent approximately 0.06% of OCI's issued share capital. Following these purchases, NNS Holding's total stake in OCI Global has increased to 115,726,328 shares, or approximately 54.75% of the issued share capital.

NNS Holding, part of the NNS Group founded in 2008 by Nassef Sawiris, manages and invests family capital across a diversified multi-asset platform. The company is the largest shareholder in OCI.
