Nokia Appoints Emma Falck as President of Mobile Infrastructure

Espoo, Finland – Nokia Oyj announced today the appointment of Emma Falck as President of Mobile Infrastructure and a member of the Nokia Group Leadership Team, effective September 1, 2026.

Falck joins Nokia from Siemens, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President, Products, Smart Infrastructure Buildings. She brings extensive experience in leading transformations and improving performance within complex global technology businesses. Her previous roles include leadership positions in strategy and technology organizations at Siemens, as well as being a Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group and holding senior roles at KONE.

Falck, who holds a PhD in Computational Physics from Aalto University, will be based in Espoo and report to Nokia’s President and CEO, Justin Hotard. Nokia is a global provider of connectivity solutions for the AI era.
