Nokia launches Fixed Network Insights analytics service
Nokia Oyj has launched Fixed Network Insights, a service using AI and machine learning to optimize fixed broadband networks.

Helsinki – Nokia Oyj has introduced its Fixed Network Insights analytics service, designed to enhance the user experience and network operations of fixed broadband networks. The service leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to provide automated insights and recommendations for network optimization.
Fixed Network Insights collects data from various network components, including access networks, routers, and devices, as well as from operations support systems (OSS). Utilizing AI/ML models developed by Nokia's Bell Labs, the service proactively identifies potential issues before they escalate, enabling faster responses and problem resolution.
The service aims to support broadband operators in automating decision-making across network operations, customer care, engineering, and marketing departments. It offers predictive recommendations and next best actions to maintain and improve customer experience within multi-vendor, multi-domain, and multi-technology fixed broadband networks.
Nokia states that Fixed Network Insights helps operators automate their operations and ensure a seamless customer journey. This new service complements Nokia's existing portfolio of AI-driven and automated solutions intended to improve network management efficiency and performance.
