Nokia Outlines Strategy to Capitalize on AI Growth
Nokia revealed a new strategy at its Capital Markets Day 2025 to lead in AI-driven network transformations and set new long-term financial targets.
Espoo – Nokia Oyj announced its strategy today at its Capital Markets Day 2025, aiming to capitalize on the artificial intelligence (AI) supercycle and position itself as a leader in the coming AI-driven network transformation. The company also presented new long-term financial targets and an evolution of its operating model.
Nokia aims to grow its annual comparable operating profit to a range of EUR 2.7 to 3.2 billion by 2028. To execute its new strategic direction, Nokia is simplifying its operating model into two primary segments: Network Infrastructure and Mobile Infrastructure.
The strategy's five priorities include accelerating growth in AI & Cloud, leading the next era of mobile connectivity with AI-native networks and 6G, growing through co-innovation with customers and partners, focusing capital where Nokia can differentiate, and unlocking sustainable returns.
