Espoo, Finland – Nokia Oyj released its Nokia in 2025 Annual Report on March 5, 2026. The report includes audited financial statements, the Board of Directors' annual review, the Sustainability Statement, the Corporate Governance Statement, and the Remuneration Report for 2025.
Additionally, Nokia has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for 2025 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Both reports are available in PDF format on the company's website. The financial statements are also published in XHTML format, complying with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements.
