NOMOS Glashütte Releases Limited Ludwig neomatik Watch Models for Charity
Watchmaker NOMOS Glashütte has introduced two limited-edition Ludwig neomatik watch models, with proceeds supporting Doctors Without Borders.

German watch manufacturer NOMOS Glashütte has released two new, limited-edition models of its Ludwig neomatik watch. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of these watches will be donated to the German office of the humanitarian organization Doctors Without Borders.
The new models, each limited to 250 pieces, continue the company's long-standing partnership with the aid organization, which began in 2012. These releases focus on the classic Ludwig watch, known for its Roman numerals and elegant design. To date, sales of NOMOS watches supporting Doctors Without Borders have raised a total of 125,000 euros.
Both Ludwig neomatik models are automatic dress watches manufactured at NOMOS' Glashütte facility. The Neomatik measures 36.4mm in diameter, while the Neomatik 39 measures 38.5mm. Both feature a distinct red Roman numeral at the 12 o'clock position and black hands and typography. The case back is engraved with "Ludwig special model for Doctors Without Borders."
These watches are powered by NOMOS' in-house automatic movement, Caliber DUW 3001. The sales aim to support Doctors Without Borders' efforts in providing medical assistance to people in need across more than 70 countries. The organization was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999 for its work.
