NonPublic reaches $500 million in assets under administration

SYDNEY – Private markets technology investment platform NonPublic announced it has grown its assets under administration (AUA) to over US$500 million in less than four years. This growth makes it one of Australia's fastest-expanding private markets investment platforms.

The platform has built a portfolio that includes globally monitored private technology companies such as SpaceX, Perplexity, and Groq. NonPublic's structure provides Australian wholesale and sophisticated investors with access to companies that would typically require significantly larger capital commitments and meet U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) accreditation thresholds if invested in directly.

NonPublic has made investments across sectors including defense, robotics, and energy generation. Additionally, the company has launched a secondary market allowing investors to sell eligible positions before a company lists publicly. Looking ahead, NonPublic plans to deepen its engagement with Australian investors and family offices, while also exploring international expansion.

Milan Reinartz, founder and CEO of NonPublic, stated that the platform's growth reflects a growing appetite among Australian investors for access to U.S. private technology firms. The company aims to broaden its sector coverage and enhance its secondary market functions for investors.
