NoPaperForms reports FY26 profit of ₹11.9 Cr, revenue up 25%

IPO-bound education software company NoPaperForms reported a profit after tax of ₹11.9 Cr for the financial year ended March 2026 (FY26). This marks a 6.3-fold increase from the ₹1.9 Cr profit recorded in the previous fiscal year. The company’s operating revenue saw a 25% rise, reaching ₹115.7 Cr compared to ₹92.3 Cr in FY25.
Including other income of ₹4 Cr, the total income for NoPaperForms' parent company, Meritto, stood at ₹119.7 Cr for the fiscal year. Total expenses increased by 18% to ₹111.5 Cr, up from ₹94.2 Cr in the prior year.
NoPaperForms' bottom line was positively impacted by a net tax credit of ₹3.7 Cr, which included a deferred tax credit of ₹5.8 Cr. The company provides software solutions to educational institutions for managing student acquisition, enrollments, fee payments, and engagement.
Founded in 2017, NoPaperForms offers three main software products: Meritto (admissions and enrollment), Collexo (fee management and payments), and Mio AI (AI products). The company served 1,183 customers across India and international markets in FY26, processing ₹3,179.5 Cr in fee payments through its platforms.
The financial disclosures come as NoPaperForms prepares for its initial public offering (IPO). The company received approval from India's Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its IPO in March 2023. Reports suggest NoPaperForms aims to raise between ₹500 Cr to ₹600 Cr through the offering.
