Norconsult acquires Danish engineering firm Franck Miljø- og Geoteknik
Norconsult has completed the acquisition of Horsens-based Franck Miljø- og Geoteknik, expanding its geotechnical and environmental service portfolio in Denmark.
Norconsult ASA has exercised an option to acquire the remaining shares of Franck Miljø- og Geoteknik A/S, a specialist firm focused on geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and drilling technology. This move follows Norconsult’s initial 2023 acquisition of the company’s Zealand division.
The Horsens-based firm employs 46 people and reported net revenues of DKK 55 million for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The transaction represents a strategic expansion of Norconsult's engineering footprint in the Danish market.
With the full integration of the company, Norconsult aims to bolster its technical capabilities across Denmark. The consolidation aligns with the firm's broader strategy to secure a stronger position in the Nordic geotechnical services sector.
