NORD DRIVESYSTEMS Showcased Solutions for US Grain Industry
Drive systems specialist NORD DRIVESYSTEMS participated in the GEAPS EXCHANGE trade fair in Kansas City to present its offerings for the American grain sector.
Bargteheide – Drive systems manufacturer NORD DRIVESYSTEMS presented its solutions for the US grain industry at the GEAPS EXCHANGE trade fair in Kansas City at the end of March. The USA is the world's second-largest grain producer after China, and GEAPS EXCHANGE is a key event for the sector.
At the fair, NORD DRIVESYSTEMS displayed its robust and reliable geared motors, suitable for transporting grain via bucket elevators, drag chain conveyors, belt, and screw conveyors. The company stated that its efficient systems enable large handling volumes.
MAXXDRIVE® industrial gear units received special focus, offering output torques of up to 282,000 Nm. These are considered well-suited for heavy-duty applications within the grain industry, such as belt drives, mixers, and mills.
"We had interesting meetings with our American customers and partners," said Jörg Niermann, Marketing Manager, noting that many had missed traditional trade fairs with personal interactions. NORD DRIVESYSTEMS serves the American continent through six production and sales locations in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
