NORD Upgrades myNORD Online Shop with Enhanced User Guidance

NORD DRIVESYSTEMS has launched an updated version of its myNORD online customer portal, offering an enhanced user interface and improved functionalities for configuring, tracking, and ordering drive components. The portal operates 24/7, providing a central location for shop, configurator, project lists, orders, and documentation.

The updated portal features improved product search capabilities. It now displays products directly combinable with selected gear units, electric motors, or variable frequency drives, simplifying the identification of compatible components. Enhanced categories, filter options, and direct input search functions further streamline product discovery. Users can also save and share parts lists across company accounts for quicker, error-free recurring orders.

The ordering process allows users to retrieve complete parts lists for specific units by entering serial, order, or material numbers. Parts can be added individually or as a whole list. A quick part lookup function enables direct addition to the cart by material number, and the system automatically recommends suitable alternatives if an item is unavailable.

The Order Manager tool within myNORD provides centralized access to all order information, including current order status, delivery tracking, and entire order history. NORD plans to introduce future features such as reverse configuration, product availability and pricing visibility, and specialized functions for partners.
