Nordea CEO outlines growth strategy at investor conference

Nordea Bank Abp is actively engaging with investors and the market, outlining its strategic direction. On June 3, 2026, President and Group CEO Frank Vang-Jensen participated in a fireside chat at the BNP Paribas 2026 CEO Conference in Paris. During the event, Vang-Jensen stated the bank's objective to "position Nordea as the winner also beyond 2030."

In Finland, Nordea held a retail investor event in Helsinki on May 20, 2026. The event, conducted in collaboration with local shareholder associations, brought together over 100 participants to discuss the bank's strategy, financial performance, and market outlook.

The bank also announced changes to its reporting practices. Starting from the first quarter of 2026, Nordea will restate comparative figures for assets under management (AuM) to better align reported AuM development with savings fee income. Additionally, the annual report for 2025 for Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab and Nordea Hypotek AB have been published, along with details on decisions from Nordea Hypotek AB's Annual General Meeting and board changes.

The bank has also issued a notice regarding the optional early redemption (call) of certain Additional Tier 1 notes. Nordea has scheduled its Capital Markets Day for November 5, 2025, in London.
