Nordea Kredit to Auction Covered Mortgage Bonds in November

Nordea Kredit is set to conduct auctions of covered mortgage bonds on November 17 and 18, 2026. The auction process is designed to refinance existing Cibor6 and Cita6 loans, often referred to as Kort Rente, with an effective date of January 1, 2027.

The electronic auctions will take place on the Nasdaq platform, managed by Nordea Danmark, a branch of Nordea Bank Abp. The issuance covers several bond series, including green Cibor instruments.

These auctions are part of the bank's standard debt management operations, allowing the firm to maintain its mortgage funding structure by securing market-based financing ahead of loan maturity dates.
