Helsinki – Nordea Bank Abp has been recognized for its advancements in digital customer experience at the Financial Times PWM Wealth Tech Awards. This marks the second consecutive year the bank has received this international accolade, specifically highlighting its work in digital savings and wealth management.

The bank's strategy for 2030 places a strong emphasis on developing digital savings experiences. Over the past year, Nordea has focused on enhancing its digital savings platform to better serve a broader customer base. A key objective has been to improve customer awareness and control, particularly during times of market volatility.

Nordea has bolstered its digital trading capabilities by introducing features such as new price alerts, integrated company research, and curated financial news directly within its banking app. Furthermore, the bank has launched an AI-powered news summary service that delivers personalized and concise financial insights tailored to individual customer holdings and interests.

Johan Borg, Head of Savings & Wealth in Group Digital at Nordea, stated, "We are proud to receive this award, and I see it as proof that we are heading in the right direction.
