Nordea to participate in Slush with networking and financial guidance
Nordea is partnering with the Slush event, focusing on networking opportunities for investors and startup leaders alongside expert financial guidance.

Nordea Bank Abp will attend the upcoming Slush event, offering a series of exclusive sessions and services for startups and investors. The bank enters its ninth consecutive year as a main partner of the event, highlighting its commitment to supporting the Nordic startup ecosystem.
The bank aims to foster entrepreneurial success by providing networking opportunities, one-to-one matchmaking, and expert financial advice. Nina Arkilahti, Head of Business Banking at Nordea, emphasizes the crucial role of startups in driving innovation, competitiveness, and growth within Nordic economies.
During Slush, Nordea is organizing several initiatives. "Day 0" on November 18 includes an exclusive breakfast gathering for startup and scaleup CFOs at Wolt's headquarters. The bank will also host its traditional Investor Dinner, inviting venture capitalists and limited partners.
On Slush's main event days, Nordea's booth will showcase the services offered by the bank's Startup & Growth teams. These teams facilitate meetings and provide information on financial solutions. To date, Nordea has facilitated over 3,000 one-on-one meetings between startups and investors.
The bank highlights its role as an enabler of growth, having previously reported significant increases in lending to the startup sector. Nordea has supported ventures such as CeLLife, a startup developing more sustainable solutions for the battery industry.
