Nordic Capital to Sell ArisGlobal to Dassault Systèmes
Nordic Capital announced an agreement to sell ArisGlobal, a life sciences software provider, to Dassault Systèmes. The transaction signifies Nordic Capital's full exit following a transformation of ArisGlobal.

Nordic Capital has entered into a definitive agreement to sell ArisGlobal, a software provider to the life sciences industry, to French technology company Dassault Systèmes. The transaction marks Nordic Capital's complete exit after transforming ArisGlobal into a scaled, AI-enabled platform for the pharmaceutical sector.
ArisGlobal, headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, offers software solutions for pharmaceutical companies and regulatory authorities. Its flagship LifeSphere® platform focuses on managing regulatory, safety, and quality processes, incorporating AI-powered automation for pharmacovigilance workflows.
Nordic Capital initially invested in ArisGlobal in 2019, aiming to modernize its technology and expand its commercial reach. The investment firm stated that the company has evolved into "a scaled, cloud-native platform with differentiated AI capabilities and a strengthened market position."
Aman Wasan, CEO of ArisGlobal, noted that the increasing complexity and data volumes in the life sciences industry necessitate agile software solutions. He expressed confidence in the company's future under Dassault Systèmes' ownership.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the second half of 2026. ArisGlobal projects approximately $175 million in revenue for 2026.
