Nordic Climate Group acquires Stockholm-based Frigotech

Nordic Climate Group has completed the acquisition of Frigotech, a Stockholm-based specialist in commercial refrigeration systems. Founded in 1986, Frigotech employs 14 staff members and reports an annual turnover of SEK 29 million, with a focus on service and installation for sectors such as food retail and pharmaceuticals.

Frigotech’s history of working with CO2-based cooling systems is a primary driver for the acquisition. By integrating Frigotech, Nordic Climate Group aims to bolster its technical capabilities in the Stockholm region, where it already operates several other specialized subsidiaries.

In line with Nordic Climate Group's operating strategy, Frigotech will retain its original branding and management team. The acquisition supports the group's objective to expand its presence across Northern Europe by focusing on energy-efficient and sustainable cooling solutions.
