Nordic Climate Group expands through acquisitions in Nordic region

Nordic Climate Group has recently completed several strategic acquisitions across the Nordic region, further solidifying its standing as a key player in technical energy solutions. In Denmark, the group has made notable acquisitions. In March 2025, it was announced that the acquisitions of Buus and Nordkol would increase the number of Danish subsidiaries from two to four. Shortly thereafter, in May, the acquisition of Örbaek Koleteknik was reported, further enhancing Nordic Climate Group's presence in the Danish market.
Expansion has also been evident in Finland. In April, Nordic Climate Group's Finnish subsidiary, MV-Jäähdytys, acquired Kylmakeskus Sami. This acquisition is part of the group's broader strategy to increase its market share and broaden its service offerings in Finland.
