Nordic Climate Group Expands to Netherlands Through Acquisitions

Nordic Climate Group has established a presence in the Netherlands through the acquisition of Compair Airconditioning B.V. in Capelle aan den IJssel and T&S Klimaattechniek B.V. in Woerden. These acquisitions represent the company's initial expansion onto the European continent.

Together, the acquired companies bring over 60 employees and approximately 23 million euros in annual revenue. This move increases Nordic Climate Group's total workforce to around 1,600 employees across roughly 80 locations, with a consolidated turnover of SEK 4.5 billion.

Founded in 2021, Nordic Climate Group has focused on energy efficiency and sustainability in cooling installations across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. The company plans to further strengthen its position in Northern Europe and intends to pursue additional acquisitions.

Fredrik Gren, CEO of Nordic Climate Group, stated that the entry into the Netherlands is a significant step onto the European mainland. Both Compair Airconditioning and T&S Klimaattechniek were identified as key acquisitions for establishing a foothold in the country. The founders of the acquired businesses will continue in their current roles.
