Nordic Software Firms Accountor, 24SevenOffice, Heeros Merge into Finago
Three Nordic business software providers, Accountor Software, 24SevenOffice, and Heeros, have announced their unification under a single brand, Finago. The combined entity positions itself as one of the region's largest business software companies.
Helsinki – Accountor Software, 24SevenOffice, and Heeros, providers of financial, people, and business operations software in the Nordics, announced today their consolidation into a single company and brand named Finago. This union creates one of the largest business software players in the Nordic region.
The merger aims to accelerate Finago's market expansion across the Nordics. The company combines deep local expertise and established partnerships with the scale of a regional player, serving over 170,000 customers in Finland, Sweden, and Norway.

Finago holds a strong position in Finland through Accountor Software's legacy, dating back to the late 1970s. The integration with 24SevenOffice and Heeros establishes the new entity as a major Nordic competitor in the business software market, estimated at €7 billion in Europe and projected to grow by 8% annually until 2027, driven by digitalization and AI. The company aims to solidify its market leadership in Finland while pursuing substantial growth in Norway and Sweden.
Supported by its owner, global investment firm KKR, Finago plans to invest further in innovation, product development, and talent. A key focus is the enhancement of AI-powered features for automating financial and administrative tasks, with some customers already experiencing up to a 50% reduction in administrative workload due to AI-driven insights.
Employing over 800 experts, Finago operates with offices in Finland, Norway, and Sweden. The unified brand and culture are intended to foster collaboration among teams from financial, people, and operations software to deliver powerful yet user-friendly solutions.
