Nordlo acquires Appex Operations to bolster Norwegian presence
IT services firm Nordlo has acquired Norwegian company Appex Operations, marking its third acquisition in Norway and strengthening its position in the Nordic IT and digitalization market.
IT services company Nordlo has acquired Appex Operations, based in Haugesund, Norway.
This acquisition marks Nordlo's third in Norway and signifies its continued expansion as a key player in the Norwegian IT and digitalization sector. Appex Operations, which employs 13 people and has an annual turnover of approximately NOK 30 million, provides IT operations and digitalization solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises.
According to Fredrik Almén, Group CEO at Nordlo, Appex Operations' focus on the SMB market, its long-term customer relationships, local presence, and high service level align well with Nordlo's strategy. The acquisition is expected to enhance Nordlo's position in the Norwegian market.
Appex Operations' customers will gain access to Nordlo's comprehensive range of services and Nordic expert network. Following the acquisition, the Nordlo Group will encompass 665 employees across 38 offices in Sweden and Norway.
Appex Operations will be renamed Nordlo Haugesund AS, with its current CEO, Tore Solberg, continuing to lead the Norwegian entity. The integration is expected to provide Appex with improved supplier agreements, a broader knowledge base, and additional resources.
