Nordlo Expands Cybersecurity Offering with Nethouse Acquisition
Swedish IT services group Nordlo announced the acquisition of Nethouse, a company focused on cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure solutions. The deal, finalized on June 1, 2026, is Nordlo's largest to date in terms of revenue, bringing in SEK 253 million from Nethouse's 2025 performance.
Nethouse, with offices in Gothenburg, Karlstad, Sundsvall, and Örebro, primarily serves small and medium-sized enterprises across various sectors. This acquisition is Nordlo's 19th since its founding in 2018 and significantly strengthens its market position. The company's growth strategy includes both organic development and strategic acquisitions, supported by owner FSN Capital Partners.
The acquisition specifically enhances Nordlo's cybersecurity capabilities with Nethouse's expertise in areas such as identity and access management (IAM). Fredrik Almén, CEO of Nordlo, stated that this expertise will complement the existing security offerings and meet growing customer demand. The deal also expands Nordlo's geographical footprint into Karlstad.
Both Nordlo and Nethouse operate with similar business models in managed services and consultancy, prioritizing customer satisfaction and employee development. The integration is expected to provide customers with a broader range of services and improved delivery capacity. Nethouse CEO Johan Ripe expressed optimism about the combined entity's future potential.
