Swedish IT services company Nordlo announced its acquisition of Norwegian IT firm Ilder, which has a revenue of approximately NOK 49 million. The acquisition aims to enhance Nordlo's capabilities in custom software, integrations, and digital solutions, enabling it to pursue larger national client projects.

The company has developed significant expertise in areas including design, user experience, software development, IT security, and project management. Its client base primarily consists of small and medium-sized businesses across sectors such as energy, industry, and maritime.
