Nordlo and SKB enter strategic IT partnership
Stockholms Kooperativa Bostadsförening (SKB) has appointed Nordlo as its strategic IT partner, responsible for IT operations and security.

Stockholms Kooperativa Bostadsförening (SKB), managing 8,900 apartments in the Stockholm region, is outsourcing its IT operations and security to IT services company Nordlo.
The new three-year partnership will see Nordlo manage SKB's server operations, service desk, client management, and Microsoft 365 services. This transition aims to enhance SKB's IT security, operational reliability, and overall digital infrastructure.
"For property companies, IT is becoming an increasingly important part of the business," stated Per Rosén, Head of Business Area Nordlo City. "Connected building systems, integrations, IoT solutions, and growing cybersecurity requirements are creating new demands. Through this partnership, SKB can focus more on business development and digital transformation."
SKB's IT Manager, Anders Torvestig, highlighted the importance of selecting a strategic partner over a mere supplier. "Nordlo demonstrated from an early stage that they understood our needs and presented concrete proposals," Torvestig said. "It feels like a great fit for SKB, where we know we will receive close attention and be treated as a priority."
The agreement, covering approximately 150 employees, strengthens Nordlo's presence in the Stockholm region and within the property sector. It will allow SKB to reduce dependency on individual employees and improve conditions for its ongoing digital development.
