Nordlo and SKB Form Strategic IT Partnership
Stockholms Kooperativa Bostadsförening (SKB) has chosen Nordlo as its strategic IT partner for operations and security. The three-year agreement covers server environment, service desk, and Microsoft 365 support.
IT services company Nordlo has entered into a strategic partnership with the housing association Stockholms Kooperativa Bostadsförening (SKB). SKB, which manages 8,900 apartments in the Stockholm region, will transition from in-house IT management to Nordlo's responsibility for operations and security.
The new three-year agreement includes services such as server environment management, service desk operations, client management, and support for Microsoft 365. According to the companies, the collaboration aims to establish a future-proof IT environment, enhance security and operational stability, and reduce personnel dependency for SKB, allowing them to focus on business development and digitalization.
A key factor in SKB's selection of Nordlo over several other bidders was Nordlo's strategic understanding of SKB's needs and the company's local presence in Stockholm. Anders Torvestig, IT Manager at SKB, stated that Nordlo demonstrated an early understanding of their requirements and presented concrete proposals for IT environment development.
This partnership strengthens Nordlo's presence in the Stockholm region and within the property sector. Nordlo notes that the real estate sector is undergoing significant digital transformation, increasing the demand for secure and robust IT foundations.
