Nordlo Expands Collaboration with Skandia Fastigheter for Property Digitalization
IT services company Nordlo is deepening its partnership with real estate firm Skandia Fastigheter. The expanded agreement covers the digitalization of all properties and their IT infrastructure across Sweden.
IT services provider Nordlo is expanding its partnership with real estate company Skandia Fastigheter in Sweden. The new agreement designates Nordlo as the partner responsible for the digitalization of Skandia Fastigheter's entire property portfolio and associated IT infrastructure nationwide.
The collaboration aims to establish an IT environment that supports the development of new digital services for the properties. These services include control systems for heating and ventilation, electricity supply, and alarm and access control systems. Nordlo will serve as a strategic partner, managing operations, network infrastructure, support, and IT security.
Skandia Fastigheter, which owns, develops, and manages over 130 properties including offices, residential buildings, shopping centers, and community properties, also aims to develop next-generation digital services. These are expected to feature AI-driven energy efficiency systems and remote control capabilities for customers.
Nordlo initially began its collaboration with Skandia Fastigheter in 2022, handling IT and digitalization services for the company's offices. This expansion represents a significant step in the digitalization of the real estate sector, emphasizing the critical role of a stable and secure IT infrastructure in creating new services that meet evolving customer demands.
