Nordlo partners with Miab to automate IT processes and save employee time
IT services company Nordlo has partnered with facility services provider Miab to automate routine IT tasks, aiming to free up time for approximately 1,000 Miab employees.
IT services company Nordlo has entered a new partnership with Miab, a provider of facility services. The initial phase of the collaboration focuses on IT operations, support, and license management. The partnership aims to automate a significant portion of Miab's IT processes, simplifying daily work for the company's approximately 1,000 employees.
Anders Nerg, IT Manager at Miab, highlighted the company's rapid growth and the need for a partner to streamline IT operations. "We chose Nordlo because they are helping us create a more efficient organization with a focus on functionality and user experience," Nerg stated.
Per Rosén, Head of Business Area at Nordlo, explained that many IT tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding users, managing licenses, and hardware procurement, are candidates for automation. "By automating these processes, Miab can achieve significant savings in both time and costs," Rosén noted.
The next step in the partnership involves a project to standardize work phones and their technical configurations for Miab's employees. This standardization aims to enhance internal efficiency and reduce security vulnerabilities across the organization. Nordlo is taking end-to-end responsibility for the client's IT solutions through this collaboration.
