Nordlo to provide global IT support for Itab Group employees

Swedish company Itab Shop Concept AB has selected Nordlo as its provider for total IT support, covering all employees and all types of IT issues. The agreement was finalized in January 2024.

This collaboration represents Itab's initial move towards consolidating its IT systems and central functions into a unified entity. Nordlo will act as Itab's single point of contact (SPOC) for all IT support needs. Itab, which offers solutions in areas such as shopfitting and digital interactive store systems, operates in approximately 24 countries with 15 production facilities worldwide.

"We were looking for a strategic partner, and Nordlo has so far lived up to its good reputation in the industry," stated Anneli Wållgren, Head of IT Support at Itab. "We look forward to working with their dedicated customer team to provide well-honed support and simplify everyday life for our employees."

Anneli Wållgren also noted the advantage of Nordlo's local office in Jönköping, near Itab's headquarters, for fostering close cooperation. Paula Ahlander, CEO of Nordlo in Jönköping, emphasized the shared goal of expanding the collaboration by consolidating and creating synergies within the IT function, focusing on security, operations, and monitoring.
