Nordnet Customers Executed Fewer Trades in June
Nordnet reported that its customers executed 1.88 million trades in June, a 1.3% decrease compared to the same month last year. The average number of daily trades was 104,738.

Nordnet, a digital bank operating in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, announced that its customers made 1,885,283 trades in stocks, warrants, and options during June 2019. This figure represents a 1.3% decrease from the 1,910,486 trades recorded in June 2018.
On a daily basis, the average number of trades per day stood at 104,738, which is a 4.2% increase compared to the previous year. This average is calculated based on the number of open trading days on Swedish exchanges.
Examining the figures by country, Sweden saw an 8.6% decline in trades, while Denmark experienced a 6.5% decrease. Conversely, Norway recorded a 5.6% increase, and Finland showed a significant 20.6% rise in customer trades compared to June 2018.
The total traded value on cash markets, including stocks, warrants, ETFs, and certificates, amounted to SEK 51,795 million in June. This value was down 15.1% from May 2019 and 20.6% lower than in June 2018.
