Nordnet Initiates Share Buyback Program

Nordnet AB has announced that its board of directors has resolved to utilize an authorization from the Annual General Meeting held on April 27, 2026, to repurchase its own shares. The share buyback program is scheduled to commence on September 21, 2026, and will conclude no later than December 23, 2026.

The total value of the share repurchase program will amount to a maximum of SEK 250 million. The repurchases will be executed by Citi, which will make decisions regarding the timing of these transactions independently of Nordnet. The buybacks will take place on the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange in accordance with applicable rules, at a price within the currently applicable range.

Nordnet currently holds no treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in the company is 248,561,399. The purpose of these repurchases is to return capital to shareholders and to optimize the company's capital structure. Repurchased shares are expected to be cancelled.
