Nordnet Reports August Customer Growth and Trading Activity
Nordnet's customer base grew to 2.54 million in August, with 23,700 new customers acquired. The company facilitated 5.3 million trades during the month, and net savings reached SEK 8.8 billion.

Nordnet, a pan-Nordic digital platform for savings and investments, reported a continued increase in its customer base during August, reaching 2.54 million customers. This represents an annual customer growth rate of 12.3 percent, with 23,700 new customers joining the platform in the month.
The total number of trades executed by Nordnet customers across listed financial instruments in August amounted to 5.3 million. On a daily average, this translates to 253,600 trades. The total traded value on the cash market was SEK 163.5 billion. While this showed a decrease of 2.8 percent compared to July, it was a significant increase of 24.7 percent compared to August of the previous year.
Net savings for August were SEK 8.8 billion. Year-to-date net savings have reached SEK 73.2 billion. The total savings capital managed by Nordnet grew by 4.8 percent from July to SEK 1,436 billion, marking a 28.9 percent increase year-on-year.
Nordnet's lending activities also saw growth, with total lending reaching SEK 32.0 billion at the end of August, a 0.3 percent increase from July and a 14.6 percent increase compared to the previous year. This included SEK 19.1 billion in margin lending and SEK 12.9 billion in mortgages.
