Nordnet reports fourth quarter 2025 interim results
Nordnet AB has published its fourth quarter 2025 interim report. The report shows the company achieved its highest full-year result in history, driven by customer growth and core business expansion.

Nordnet AB released its fourth quarter 2025 interim report on January 28, 2026. CEO Lars-Åke Norling stated that most aspects of Nordnet's business are heading in the right direction, with customer growth, net savings, high customer activity, and strong core business growth characterizing both the final quarter and the full year 2025. Good cost control was also noted.
The full-year result for 2025 reached over SEK 3.7 billion, marking a historical high for Nordnet. The company described its financial stability as resilient amidst macroeconomic challenges and geopolitical unrest. During the fourth quarter, growth in equities and funds, Nordnet's core business, offset a decline in net interest income. The company anticipates the decline in net interest income to gradually abate during 2026 as interest rates stabilize and volumes grow.
Transaction-related revenue saw strong growth in the quarter, supported by record-high cross-border trading. Adjusted operating expenses increased by 8.1 percent, aligning with financial targets when excluding investments in Germany. Nordnet has finalized its cross-border operations notification in Germany, with a planned launch in the second half of 2026. A new Private Banking concept was introduced across all markets during the fourth quarter.
The Board of Directors intends to propose a dividend of SEK 8.60 per share. The adjusted operating profit for the fourth quarter of 2025 was SEK 966 million, up from SEK 919 million in the same period of the previous year. Adjusted earnings per share after dilution stood at SEK 3.06, compared to SEK 2.86.
